Outstanding milk, bread, and eggs for breakfast. Exceptionally clean and warm room and good size bathroom with a shower, hair dryers, and terry cloth robes. Magnificent and incredible location in Zell am See, right by the church in front with the bell singing at 7.00 AM as well as Salzburg airport. Variety of food options not very far from the venue.

Location: the hotel was just off mountains, city center and church and apreski bar on main street. Got comfy, outstanding room with a shower, double bed.

I loved staying at this cool hotel. the staff provided excellent service, and the room was perfectly clean, warm, and the bed was comfortable. the hotel's central location made my stay wonderful.

The hotel rooms were very specious, clean and well furnished. The hotel had very good facilities and the buffet breakfast was very rich. The hotel provided Zell am see/Kaprun card for free which included discounts and free access to many sights.

Good location Provided Tourist Cards to enter all attractions and use buses free.

The staff was friendly and everything was good. The very nicely furnished room had all the necessary facilities, a storage space, and a lounge area. The location of the property was particularly good-just a short walk away from Alpenflug Gmbh & co Kg. The hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a very nice area. I loved the local cuisine served in the pizza restaurant.

No wi fi staff bad attitude

The room was spotless and warm with an excellent view. the location was favourable. - the staff was affable during the whole stay. - A huge variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Papa Joe's that was only a 10 minutes' walk away.

Excellent place for skiing holidays with short walk (~250 m) to Areitbahn lifts or skibus (~150 m) for skiing in Kaprun or Kitzsteinhorn, good ski rental and service in hotel. Excellent wellness centre and rooms better than one would expect in 3*. Good selection of food in breakfast, tasty dinners and good bars. Free parking and Wi-fi, friendly and helpful staff.

We liked everything, but note further info. If you are without car - the hotel is located ~2,5 km from Zell am See in nearby village Schuttdorf. If you want silence - the hotel is located nearby church (bell rings from 7 to 21) and apreski bar on main street and there are a lot of children in the hotel (because it is more family hotel).

the room at Der Schutthof was spacious and had comfortable beds. the breakfast and dinner served at the hotel were delicious and plentiful, offering a lot of variety. the hotel also provided a free summer card with lots of attractions and activities for free or at a discounted price. the hotel's location was close to Zell am See, and the staff were helpful, friendly, and accommodating. it was a great stay with great amenities.

This place is situated in a central location near ski lifts and the rooms are spotlessly clean, equipped with comfortable double beds and personal amenities, with very friendly and efficient staff available.

We had a great time skiing in the nearby area, with the lifts and ski bus conveniently close to the hotel. The hotel also provided good ski rental and service. The wellness center was excellent and the rooms surpassed our expectations for a 3-star hotel. The food was fresh and tasty, and the bars were enjoyable. Free parking and Wi-Fi were also a plus. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for skiers.

We spent our Easter holidays at this hotel and we have to say, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. the location is fantastic, only 8 minutes walking distance from the ski lift and they even have a room to store your ski equipment. the parking in front of the hotel is a great advantage.

We were quite disappointed with the noise levels inside some of the rooms. the windows didn't offer good sound isolation which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.
